Cornerback Cortland Finnegan sat out Friday's practice with a thigh injury, but says he will play Sunday against the New York Giants.
Finnegan is listed as probable for the game, as is Jason Babin, who also showed up on the injury report Thursday with an elbow injury.
Asked if he would play Sunday, Finnegan replied, “What do you think? Y'all weren't here the past two days?”
Finnegan had ice on his right thigh after Sunday's loss to Pittsburgh, but said he did not have any setback.
“Did you see how physical that game was? Who didn't have one on?” Finnegan said.
Two titans players were declared out, as defensive end Jacob Ford and offensive tackle Mike Otto were declared out.
Defensive tackle Tony Brown returned to practice on Friday, wearing tape on his surgically repaired right knee and is questionable.
With Ford out, William Hayes comes back into the rotation after missing two games with a knee injury. Hayes will split time with Jason Babin on the left side, while rookie Derrick Morgan will slide over the right side and rotate with Dave Ball.
"I could have played last week, but Coach [Jeff] Fisher decided that I should take one more week off just to get healthier," Hayes said.
