Receiver Damian Williams left the game with what looked to be a possible concussion after hitting the ground while trying to catch a deep pass in the first half.
Williams was said to have a headache on the sideline and did not return.
Elsewhere, linebacker Barrett Ruud had a shoulder burner, and left the game momentarily while Tim Shaw replaced him. Ruud said after the game he was OK.
There was also a report that Matt Hasselbeck hit his throwing hand on a helmet, but he did not appear to have any issues at his post-game press conference. Hasselbeck was replaced by rookie Jake Locker after the throw, but with the Titans being blown out, the decision to allow Locker to mop-up might have been based as much on the score as Hasselbeck's condition.
