Free agent safety George Wilson, who was released earlier this week by the Buffalo Bills, will visit the Tennessee Titans.
The Titans are looking for help at the strong safety position, and Wilson might be able to provide help in that area. Wilson, 32, was the second leading tackler for the Bills in 2012 and served as Buffalo’s defensive captain.
The Titans spent last season shuffling players in and out at the safety positions, starting Michael Griffin there before shifting him back to free safety and reinserting Jordan Babineaux into the lineup. Robert Johnson and Al Afalava also saw time at the safety position.
According to a report from CBS Sports, Wilson is also expected to visit with the Detroit Lions as well with other teams also a possiblity.
