The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to terms with former Titans linebacker Barrett Ruud, who spent just one season in Tennessee.
Ruud was signed by the Titans to play middle linebacker, but was bothered by a groin injury. That opened the door for Colin McCarthy to step into a starting role, and he never relinquished it. Ruud wound up on injured reserve toward the end of the season.
Ruud spent the bulk of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before signing a one-year deal with the Titans just after the lockout ended last year.
