As the TitanInsider Tipsheet said Sunday night, wide receivers coach Fred Graves is headed to the Carolina Panthers, according to multiple sources.
Graves has spent the past four seasons coaching receivers for the Titans, but is expected to announce today that he will be taking a similar job in Carolina. TitanInsider originally indicated two weeks ago that Graves could be one of the coaches on the move.
TitanInsider was the first media outlet to report the move as being completed.
Graves becomes the fourth assistant coach on the Titans staff to leave this off-season, in addition to Coach Jeff Fisher's departure last week.
Graves once coached at the University of Utah, where he tutored Panthers star receiver Steve Smith.
Other assistants who have left the Titans organization this off-season are defensive line coach Jim Washburn to Philadelphia, running backs coach Craig Johnson to Minnesota and defensive coordinator Chuck Cecil, who was fired.
The Titans are beginning the process of hiring a new head coach, as Mike Munchak, the favorite for the job, is set for his formal interview today, along with Dave McGinnis and Mike Heimerdinger.
