Titans add new assistant in Gannon

The Tennessee Titans have hired Jon Gannon as a quality control coach.

Gannon was a college teammate of Titans wide receivers coach Dave Ragone at the University of Louisville.

Gannon has also spent time in the St. Louis Rams organization as a scout.
He replaces Curtis London, who left the Titans to become the running backs coach at [tag linked="false" key="637394"
url="http://pennstate.247sports.com"]Penn State[/tag] under Bill O’Brien.

Gannon will actually serve as the quality control coach for the defense, and Arthur Smith, who had that role last year, will switch to offense - the role London held in 2011.
