The Tennessee Titans have made a move on their scouting staff, hiring former Seattle Seahawks general manager Tim Ruskell as Southeast region scout.
Ruskell also served as director of player personnel for the Chicago Bears.
Ruskell has ties to both Titans general manager Ruston Webster and team COO of operations Mike Reinfeldt, who both spent time in the Seahawks organization as well.
Ruskell came to the Titans approximately three weeks ago and replaces
long-time scout Cole Proctor, who announced his retirement approximately one month ago.
Ruskell will report to Titans director of college scouting, Blake Beddingfield.
