The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with defensive end Scott Solomon and tight end Taylor Thompson, both with four- year deals, agent Vann McElroy confirmed.
McElroy's Select Sports Group represents both players, as well as first-round pick Kendall Wright, who remains the Titans' lone unsigned pick.
Thompson was drafted in the fifth round out of SMU as tight end, even though he played defensive end for the Mustangs. Under the NFL's new collective bargaining agreement, Thompson has base salaries of $390,000 in 2012, $480,000 in 2013, $570,000 in 2014 and $660,000 in 2015. Thompson's signing bonus in the slotting system is around $198,000.
Solomon was the team's seventh round draft choice out of Rice, as Tennessee moved back into that round to acquire him. His base salaries are the same as Thompson's with a signing bonus in the range of $67,000.
The signing of Solomon and Thompson leaves only first round pick Kendall Wright as the only unsigned player out of the Titans draft class.
