Stephen Tulloch said he has not been fined for his personal foul hit on tight end Jason Witten in the third quarter of Sunday's 34-27 victory over the Dallas Cowboys.
The Tennessee Titans middle linebacker hit Witten after and incomplete pass from Tony Romo and was flagged for unnecessary roughness on the tackle.
“I was a little surprised, but I haven't heard from them,” Tulloch said.
The Titans have been the league's most penalized team and have also had numerous players, especially on the defense, fined. Cornerback Cortland Finnegan alone has racked up $20,000 from three fines this season.
