The Tennessee Titans made a series of moves to fill several positions on their coaching staff.
Coach Mike Munchak hired two new coaches, rehired one of Jeff Fisher's former assistants and shifted three other coaches into new roles.
Joining the Titans for the first time are wide receivers coach Shawn Jefferson, who helped Calvin Johnson to a record-setting season in Detroit but was let go, and former Mississippi State head coach Sylvester Croom, who takes over as running backs coach.
George Henshaw, who was the Titans tight ends coach for a number of seasons on Jeff Fisher's staff, returns to that same role for Munchak.
As for those shifting roles, special teams assistant coach Chet Parlavecchio moves to linebackers coach, while receivers coach Dave Ragone, a former quarterback, becomes the Titans new quarterbacks coach
Nate Kaczor, who had been the assistant offensive line coach, will now coach special teams, leaving only the assistant offensive line coach and the assistant special teams coach vacancies on the Titans staff.
Munchak also announced that Dowell Loggains, promoted to offensive coordinator late in the 2012 season, will retain that job on a permanent basis in 2013.
