Titans quarterback Vince Young apologized to fans Monday for his performance Sunday via his Twitter feed.
“To all my titans fans and VY fans sorry about the game yesterday but I will continue to get better,” Young said in the Tweet.
Young was pulled from the game after the third quarter of the Titans’ 19-11 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and replaced by Kerry Collins. Young had completed 7 of 10 passes for 66 yards, but was intercepted twice and also lost a fumble on a sack on his final play in the game.
