Britt does post-practice work

Kenny Britt

Tennessee Titans receiver Kenny Britt did some running and pushing a blocking sled after practice on Tuesday.

Britt, who is on the physically unable to perform list with knee issues, had been running on the treadmill and in the team's practice bubble. Tuesday's work on the practice field was his first in front of media since training camp opened.

Britt also has legal issues stemming from a DUI arrest in Kentucky earlier this month. Coach Mike Munchak said the Titans were aware that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will want to meet with Britt, but that the meeting has not yet been scheduled.

In terms of other injuries, guard Steve Hutchinson got some stitches across the bridge of his nose, courtesy of a practice hit from teammate Jurrell Casey.

Safety Aaron Francisco was shaken up and left the field following a collision, and linebacker Colin McCarty finished practice following a stinger and scrape on his right elbow.

Lavelle Hawkins (foot/ankle) was back on the practice field after leaving early on Monday. Devin Aguilar (hamstring) and Brandon Barden (hamstring) remain out.
