Tennessee Titans receiver Kenny Britt will not be charged by police in the bar fight at the Karma Lounge on Oct. 22.
Officers on Tuesday, however, arrested Bradford J. Miser, 29, on a sealed grand jury indictment, charging him with assault against Harold Pointer, 29, who was at the bar drinking at around 1:45 a.m.
Pointer claimed that Britt joined in the fight between him and Miser. Police interviewed more than a dozen witnesses and in some situations had second interviews with some of them. Det. Robert Anderson led the investigation.
With no criminal charges pending, Britt might not face any discipline from the NFL, though Pointer could still file a civil complaint.
