Defensive end William Hayes is improving and could return to the practice field this week.
Hayes was on track to play against the Oakland Raiders, but last Thursday he tweaked the same right knee that he sprained on Aug. 11 and did not practice after that.
Meanwhile, Fisher indicated that tackle Mike Otto, still recovering from arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, is improving, but did not indicate whether Otto would be able to practice in preparation for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Quarterback Vince Young hit his throwing hand on a helmet, but Fisher indicated that trainers checked him out and he was OK.
According to Fisher, the Titans suffered no significant injuries in the ballgame.
