After going through a full week of practice reps, Vince Young is expected to start at quarterback for the Tennessee Titans on Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.
“I think everything came together for us this week,” Titans coach Jeff Fisher said of Young's recovery from knee and ankle sprains that kept him out of last week's game against Philadelphia. "There's a good chance Vince will start."
Meanwhile, backup quarterback Kerry Collins practiced fully with his injured middle finger on his throwing hand and is probable against the Chargers.
Three players will be out of the game for Tennessee. Defensive tackle Tony Brown will miss his second straight game because of on-going issues with his surgically repaired right knee. Cornerback Ryan Mouton (hamstring) and linebacker Jamie Winborn (shoulder) are also out
Receiver Justin Gage (hamstring), running back Chris Johnson (thigh), defensive end Jacob Ford (hamstring) and guard Leroy Harris (hip) all practiced fully and are probable.
