Six new members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame were selected today in Indianapolis: Jack Butler, Dermontti Dawson, Chris Doleman, Cortez Kennedy, Curtis Martin and Willie Roaf.
The nominees that did not make it in this year include Jerome Bettis, Tim Brown, Eddie DeBartolo, Kevin Greene, Cris Carter, Charles Haley, Bill Parcells, Andre Reed and Aeneas Williams.
The six new members will be enshrined in Canton on August 4th.

I consider myself a huge football, I have no idea who the rest of the class is.
Dawson was a pro bowl center for the Steelers, Doleman a pro bowl defensive end for the Vikings, Roaf a pro bowl offensive tackle for the Saints, Kennedy a pro bowl defensive tackle for the Seahawks and Butler was a cornerback for the Steelers back in the 1950's.
