It will be interesting to see what they do with Jerry because I do think the D has played better the last few games and there is no question he has worked with far less talent. We definitely need an OC, IMO.
Gray has been rumored at some college jobs. I think those jobs have been filled but there may be a reason for him looking. He hasn't had ideal circumstances to work with. He could stay or he could be let go to buy some time for Munch.
With Munch on the hot seat,it is going to be hard to hire any upgrades.Make Tom Moore the o.c.for a year or 2 and let him install the new offense and hopefully keep Dowell on staff so when Tom retires,Loggains can take over and allow Jake to stay in the same offense more than 1 year.
