Britt endures embarrassing night

Kenny Britt dropped at least three passes, and then was taken off the field by Coach Jeff Fisher after a false start penalty right in front of the Titans coach.

  • Even though KB had a bad game last night, he has to start using his head more, rebound, and learn from this. People forget this guy is still a 22 year old kid who has a lot of growing up to do. He is still learning how to be a professional. I think he will bounce back from this and have a good year. Skies are the limit for this kid and only time will tell before this kid will arrive.

  • Britt is clearly talented, but he also appears to have some maturing to do as well. If he can get his head straight, he'll be a valuable contributor.

  • Everybody has a rough night. What's going on with Britt? Is there more to the story, or just a soph slump?

I think he's just immature. I believe he is still like the second youngest guy on the roster even though he has a full year in the league. It's kind of like Albert Haynesworth in that the Titans are just going to have to live with the youth and immaturity in order to have the talent.
Britt is very different in that he's not a hothead like Albert was. He's just happy-go-lucky, sometimes a little bit too much for his own good IMO.
