Kenny Britt picked an ill-advised time to practice his kicking skills.
The wide receiver dropped a pass on a out route from Kerry Collins and proceeded to kick the ball into the stands, drawing a five-yard penalty.
“I was just working on my onsides [kick],” Britt joked. “They said the more you can do, the better you are.”
Britt said he didn't mean for the ball to land in the stands.
“I wasn't intending to do that, but my toe hit the ball exactly in the middle and it just took off like a rocket. I didn't even want to go back to my own sideline,” he said.
So what did Jeff Fisher and Mike Heimerdinger say about it? Nothing.
“They didn't have do. They gave me the stare of death,” Britt said.

TitanInsider: Any closer and you'd be in the huddle.
Did you guys see Britt sitting down talking to VY and a couple other guys immediately after that? Britt kept on making funny faces -- I think he was trying to impersonate Fisher's death stare. Am I the only one that found that incredibly funny? Britt had VY and the other guys rolling.
