Sounds like the Dolphins plan to bring in and hopefully sign Patrick Ramsey tomorrow to back up Tyler Thigpen. They are also considering JaMarcus Russell and Chris Simms with both Henne and Pennington out. Any other names come to mind to fill in for Collins in the short term?
Kerry is 37 years old, has a calf injury and is in a walking boot. Combine that with the torn tendon in his finger, on his throwing hand I think his Titans, and maybe his professional career, is over. I don't see how he can get healthy again with seven games left.
Put him on IR and sign another guy, we don't need to waste a valuable roster spot in hopes of getting Kerry healthy again.
I don't think there are too many QBs out there. Do you bring Chris Sims in because of his knowledge of the offense or do you hope to bring someone else in? Who else is out there?
