I'm not sure Rusty even makes this team. I know it's early in Camp but I don't see great strides from last year to this one in Rusty. He's 50/50 at even being on this roster after Final cuts.

You have to keep Rusty over Chris Simms, though, right? Rusty at least has upside. But I guess he's Heimerdinger's guy and Chris Palmer might not like him too much.

Simms isn't in camp anywhere as far as I know.

Locker needs to be number two so that he gets as much reps as possible.
Rusty is a great number three though because he has some experience and is a young guy, let him sit back there and develop and then when Locker starts he can be the number two with a lot of years in the league.
And if he doesn't progress then he was a late round pick and no worries letting him go.
