It's possible, but I think Carr will want more than the Titans will be willing to pay. Titans would be smarter to pony up for Mario Williams IMO and sign or draft a corner who can be serviceable right away.

Totally agree with you there. The Titans have depth at corner and nothing at defensive end. They can use a draft pick on a mid-round guy (in the McCourty type mold) and sign a lower tier cornerback to compete. Mario Williams will help the secondary at every position anyways.
