Yes, VY is immature and injury prone. But QBs are hard to come by in this league and Vince is a winner. Jeff's teams have always underachieved with the exception of 1999, 2002 and 2003. Outside of those two seasons it's been one and done in the playoffs and far too many seasons with no playoff appearance at all. I'm not a Vince apologist, but when you look around the league, I'll take Vince over Carson Palmer, Colt McCoy, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Chad Henne, David Garrard, Jason Campbell/Gradkowski, Kyle Orton/Tebow, Jimmy Clausen, McNabb/Grossman, Brady Anderson/Skelton/Max Hall, Alex Smith/Troy Smith, and Matt Hasselback. And does anyone really think that if Jeff had Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Mark Sanchez, or Kevin Kolb that our offense would be any better? I don't. Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, and Philip Rivers don't grow on trees. You have to learn how to win with the talent you have. I don't see Jeff opening up the offense for any QB. Fisher plays 1980s football in 2010. Zebras don't change their stripes. I don't care if Vince stays or goes, but I am ready for Jeff to go.

VY has yet to win a "big" game in the NFL. He's won when the pressure hasn't been there. If there was a way to get Kolb I would do it in a heartbeat. Can't fault Fisher for the loss against the Ravens in 2008. If the Titans don't fumble twice going in for a score they beat Ravens and host the Steelers for the right to go to the Super Bowl. I want Fish to stay but I'm afraid Bud will make the crazy mistake of keeping VY around.

Griffin: Time can help Fisher, VY co-exist
