I would say that Harper's spot is in jeopardy if any. I think Ringer is a proven and very well thought of back up. He could probably start for some teams in the league right now. Rey has bounced around with a few teams and hasn't found a RB job yet.....and he's also the oldest. Harper hasn't really impressed the staff over the past yr or so if I'm not mistaken.....and if they are thinking about trying him out at another position that sounds telling.

Oh, I kind of took it as they were trying to find Harper a position b/c he was being outclassed at the RB position. Meaning that he was falling behind and may release him if he can't serve another purpose.

Harper hasn't shown enough to keep a spot. Just watching the Bucs game Reynaud ran tougher and was harder to bring down than Harper.

Rey can take some carries in a pinch plus he's more of a threat coming out of the backfield being a former WR. Harper reminds me to much of Lenwhale.

Oh and forgot to mention we've got 2 very capable and dangerous returnmen with Rey and Mariani on the roster. Reynaud has earned an active spot on the 53 man roster IMO.
