The Titans probably offered the league minimum. I don't really understand Gage's camp playing hardball. I might understand if the Titans were just looking for a stop gap for a few weeks, but with 13 games remaining and a key receiver out for the season, I think Gage should've taken what he was offered. It was a golden opportunity, not to mention, it will probably be his only opportunity to play this season.
How far a part were the Titans and Gage?
