If Haynesworth is brought in, who is cut?

  • Our defensive line was spectacular this offseason. If Haynesworth gets brought in do you cut one of the guys that played so well. Tony Brown and Jason Jones seem to be safe. Do you cut Jovan Haye who seemed to be disrupting every play? Do you cut Sen'Derrick Marks who the coaches have high hopes for? Or do you cut a defensive end such as Jason Babin or Dave Ball to make room?

    It might not be a defensive lineman who gets the boot. It could come at a spot where they are heavy like OL or safety and with a guy who could be shifted to practice squad. There's no way they let go of Marks IMO. He's a second-round pick and they have been raving about his improvement.

  • Like Terry I believe it would be an offensive lineman since they are heavy at that position. Not sure yet which one.

  • My bet is Nick Schommer, but right now its just a moot point.
