Trust me on this one when I say that Fisher did not want to lose Blount. They were really hoping to sneak him onto the practice squad to get some seasoning. The Titans loss may well be the Bucs gain in this one.

Are the special teams linebackers they signed worth losing Blount in your opinion?

No they are not. I think they will regret underestimating what other teams thought of him.

They have been pretty good at what they do, but obviously don't have Blount's upside.

Down here in Tampa, they are already calling him the future.
He won't go that far though. He's being very respectful of Cadillac and Ernest Graham and just saying he's trying to learn from those guys.
But its clear, once he can pickup the blocking schemes, he'll be the starter. Ronde Barber said after last weeks game that he runs harder then Mike Alstott.
Its just a matter of time, especially when Caddy can't even manage 3 ypc.

Josh, thanks for the Tampa perspective. The reference to Mike Alstott is pretty cool. Sounds like I need to check and see if he's available in fantasy.

Blount has certainly been the 'HOT' pick-up in fantasy leagues over the last couple of weeks.
