Hasselbeck will continue to start for "foreseeable future" for Titans while starter heals.
TitanInsider: Any closer and you'd be in the huddle.
This has always frustrated me as a fan. The injury that is reported is often not the injury that is sustained. It would've much better to keep the injury "undisclosed" rather than just lie. This injury is far more complicated than just a "separated shoulder." I know, I rehab shoulder injuries daily.
Hope he can get back after the bye week.
PapaTitan keeps it real.
I don't like being lied to either. This isn't hockey. If they knew he had a broken bone weeks ago then why the charade every week saying he was "close"?
I wrote the story this afternoon, but first heard Munchak say Friday afternoon that Locker had broken a bone in his shoulder. He said that on George Plaster's show right before I came on on Friday. Can't believe it took until now for everyone to pick up on this story.
Couldn't agree more with you guys. Munchak said that there was no structural damage the Monday after the Texans game. And then just last week he says that the broken bone hasn't healed in Locker's shoulder......wait what?!? A broken bone sounds like structural damage to me. It took how long to disclose this information? And why were we told that there was no structural damage, and that it was just like the first seperation ( albeit Locker was just more sore this time around)? Why it was handled this way is baffling, to say the least....
