You could just look at it as maybe Carolina just doesn't go with drafting a QB at #1. So maybe nothing changes at all. Carolina has said if Luck is in the draft they will draft him so the Titans might be sitting the same.
Wonder if he changes his mind now that Harbaugh is heading to the 49ers?
Mortensen just mentioned there's no chance Luck changes his mind on his decision. He apparently sought advice from Peyton and said he would return for Peyton's passing camp this year.
Interesting stuff. This definitely tilts things in a different direction for a lot of teams. It should Gabbert, Locket and Mallet up a notch in the draft. The happiest guy in all this is Jimmy Clausen, who gets to keep his job in Carolina even though he played like crap as a rookie.
