Why hasn't Munch had a plan before now? And why hasn't he told his boss his plan? Munch has been with the team a long time now. He should've had a plan and discussed it with Adams before even becoming the HC.
To me there are some very easy choices to make regarding improving our overall record......getting to elite status is more difficult.

Is that You Derek Dooley????? Munchak Sure sounds like it.....after the 2nd year in Knoxville, and we all saw how that ended.....................

Only plan he could have is to hire Tom Moore as O.C. Get the best Defensive mind available at seasons end to run the the D,and get 3 or 4 of the top free agents in this years crop.Lose to the Jags,and strike gold in the draft. I just don't see how he gets that done with a year left on his contract

I think that Munch we'll get some new staff members and be back next yr. Next yr he better get to 8-8 or better with many of those blow out losses gone away.....or he'll be gone.
Only the new staff, the draft, and free agency can save him now.
