The Bengals' Mike Brown's business acumen is commonly questioned, but he has no problem providing comedy. - National Football League news

I think I put substantially more stock into Forbes ratings of football teams as whole organizations (which has the Titans at 18). Maybe I'm being overly cynical but there's not much substance to the Yahoo article which seems to be more of a prototypical internet list which is intended to generate page hits than offer a substantive ranking/analysis of NFL owners.
As silly as the Bud 'birds' were, he deserves some credit for having one of the most stable football organizations in the NFL. He's held together a coaching staff that consistently fields a competitive team unlike many many football franchises. From top to bottom the Titans as an organization have plenty of coaching talent especially at the positional level.
That seems pretty valuable to me and while Bud has been considered a bit more reckless in terms of ownership in the past he has been successful at keeping together a good staff for several years without subjecting the fans and community to constant turnover and organization turmoil that so many bottom dwelling teams experience every year.
