    It may have been but as people have found out in the past, hiring family members is a No No in the eyes of Bud Adams. Whether you agree with it or not, the owner gets the final say and Fisher knows that. He got very sloppy at the end!

    Here's the weird thing about the nepotism thing. Back in the 70s when Bum Phillips was coach, his son Wade was on the staff for for or five years.
