  • You can say that again. Definitely think the Titans should see if the Eagles would be open to trading Kolb.

  • Why is everyone so high on Kevin Kolb? What has he done?

He's the hot name right now. Anyone on the free agent list intrigue you?

    PapaTitan

  • Maybe Jeff will bring back Billy Volek. He jettisoned him for being the "biggest distraction" around the same time VY arrived. sarcasm

TitanInsider: Any closer and you'd be in the huddle.

He's so "hot" and half the league needs a QB, so Philly will want what exactly for him? First round pick? No way would I give that up for an unproven guy. I don't even remember him from college. He could be Matt Schaub or he could be Trent Edwards. Not to mention, Vick is VY-injury prone, Philly needs a serviceable backup, too. Since Fish wanted Leinart so bad five years ago, he should just go get him.

I don't really care who we bring in, I just wanna win some games. I'm tired of losing. The question is, what kind of a QB does Fish want? An immobile pocket passer like Kerry? Just somebody to hand the ball off to CJ and throw a pass on third downs? Everyone acts like we need Peyton Manning. Jeff is not going to throw the ball 40X a game unless he has fallen and hit his head. I think Jeff would be perfectly satisfied with Trent Dilfer 2.0

But since you asked, if Tebow is the future at Denver. I'll take Kyle Orton over the aforementioned list.

Orton is an intriguing name. Wonder what Denver would want in a trade for him?

  • I think if you draft your future QB in this draft you could go with any number of those guys for a one or two year deal to give the new guy some time to learn. Someone with a lot starting experience would be good. Hasselbeck or Alex Smith sounds good to me. While smith might not be a franchise QB he still has some good upside I think.

  • Agreed, I don't get it either. I would rather keep Kerry for one more year, sadly enough.

  • May be a flash in the pan, but Hasselbeck looks great today.
