Found out on nfl.com, definitely a shocker as far as the timing. The question is was this Munch's idea or did it come from higher up? Whomever made the decision, it was the right one.

Agreed. You can argue a bunch of excuses as far as the defense goes: lack of talent, youth, lack of depth, coaching, etc. Can't do that with the offense. With the weapons we have we should be much better than we are.
I agree with above, the only question is timing. Unless you are just wanting to give Loggains an extended interview...

Timing is interesting but we were so predictable and we had to do something. We have too many weapons to keep going off tackle on 3rd and 3.
