Peyton pursuit could be costly risk

    Titans were believed to be focused on a serious run at Mario Williams before owner Bud Adams put Manning into play.

  • In the end, does the reward outweigh the risk? I think it could, so the Titans need to go for it.

  • I understand peyton would be a great addition but we need to fully docus now on Mario Williams right now Peyton will decide later it is just a meeting if the cards fall right we may at 10% chance get them both.

  • well ill tell you one thing, were not going to get them both, one or the other.

    I really think we should go after Mario more tho, Manning would make our offense instantly better and probly a top 5 offense, but i think our QB situation is better than most and our offense (assuming CJ is CJ2k) has plenty of weapons already so i think we need to focus on defense. Mario instantly makes our defense better at a position that is probly the weakest on the team

    Going into the season with just Kerry Collins who is well past his prime (if he ever had one) and Jake Locker who has only a little bit of playing time means The Titans have a better QB situation than most? huh

    Being called a sunshine blower is not insulting to me and I'm proud to be one.

    Kerry Collins retired brah.

    He hasn't played on the team in two years, and was on the Colts last year anyways.

    We have Matt Hasselbeck as our other QB along with Locker.

    Hasselbeck threw for 3.5k passing yards and 18 TDs last year with 61% accuracy. That is pretty darn decent.
