The first part was releasing Hassleback to free up a lil cap space and get younger at the backup qb position, now im wondering if signing Rob turner is another move to release Amano. Dont know what the contract figures are for Turner yet, but hopefully the next piece will be a veteran DE and the rest thru draft
If we do sign a Veteran DE.it will allow us to go Warmack or Cooper round one. And do whatever we want the rest of the draft. Not drafting for need. Drafting the best player
Exactly!!! Thats why im hoping we can get Abraham, Freeney, or Osi possibly for cheap if they sit around on the market long enough. Then hopefully Warmack first round. After that its whos best on board
My only worry is that Warmack or Milliner will be off the board by the time we pick. Tenth pick for Cooper or one of the DEs or the other CBs is a bit too high. If it comes down to it I would love to see us drop back 3-5 spots and get our guy.
