Pros to keep him:
-You have a young QB that needs help.
-We have the cap space to keep him plus add the players we need
-He can improve his effectiveness if we fix the o-line
-letting him go with open up yet another hole that will need to be fixed on this team.....at least in keeping him the hole is filled......and it would be filled by a questionmark
-CJ is proven and durable. Even his down yrs he has been more effective as other teams starters.
Cons

I'd ride him out. Use him to help rebuild this team and foster a young QB. Then let him go later on.
So Friday is a big day for Titans and CJ
