Sound off: Let's hear your reaction to the Titans presser

  • 1)What did you think of Bud's comments?
2)What did you think of Fisher's comments?
3))What did you think of Underwood and Reinfeldt's comments?
4)What new piece of information surprised you the most?
5)Was there a question that wasn't asked? If so what was it?
6)Anything else stand out to you from the press conference?

  • 1. MIssed his comments
    2. Typical Jeff, very vague, not buying the burnout excuse AT ALL
    3. I thought they did well, you can't expect them to elaborate on specifics
    4. Nothing new
    5. Would have liked someone to ask Fisher about VY, not that he would have answered it though
    6. I want someone to put a muzzle on the butthole that is Clay Travis

    1)Missed Bud's comments too
2)Surprised Fish took as many questions as he did
3)The Titans are lucky to have Mr. Underwood.
4)Sounds like Fish wanting to hire his son was a major sticking point
5)Agree with Miss about the VY question
6)Totally agree with Miss on Clay Travis.

  • 1. I missed Bud's comments.
    2. Fisher looked like the Cat that ate the Canary up there--definitely had a smirk on his face the whole time. Kinda makes me think he wanted out as much or more than the Titans wanted him out. As for what he had to say; typical coach speak.
    3. Underwood and Reinfield; blah. Nobody's going to say anything juicy.
    4. I disagree with previous posters. Clay Travis is a total breath of fresh air in the Nashville media. He's the only one that asks probing questions. Would you prefer the Plaz?

  • What did Clay Travis say?

... nevermind, they just played that segment on 104.5.

FWIW, I see both sides. Clay has valid points, but he obviously comes across like a jackass (like usual). I thought Underwood was very professional, but I'm with Clay in that I would like to know some more details, and I think, after 17 years, the fans deserve a more detailed explanation. I'm sure more details will come out in time, but I'd like to see the organization be a little more forthcoming and honest.

Paul Kuharsky is famous for asking probing questions, Clay just tries to make himself relevant. That's JMHO. We all want more answers, myself included, but you don't air your dirty laundry. The organization did the right thing being tight lipped.
