I for one am very tired of his little games and hope they can find someone else. Rusty isn't ready yet so we are in trouble.

I don't doubt that Fisher will start feeling the heat soon too. It looks like they're on another collision course of 8-8 or maybe worse, and that will make it eight years since Jeff Fisher has won a playoff game. Once Vince is out the door, look for Fisher to start feeling uncomfortable with the fans and the media.

If he does need surgury then IR. If not I say place on waivers. We need a free roster spot for a QB. It appears that VY is no longer of value to this team.

I can see them getting rid of Fisher to. It's not that he not a good coach but maybe the message is getting old. 17 years is a long time. I would love to see someone like Cowher in here to bring some new life.

This is a no brainer. The one year Vince was a starting qb with the Titans for the entire season he took them to the playoffs with Lendale White as his best running back and Justin Gage his #1 wr!

Since then, Vince has continued to win at over a 70% pace while time and time again Fisher tries to bench and thrown away 2 entire seasons. Fisher wouldn't let VY back in the game yesterday despite the rookie qb showing no signs of being able to win the game. Last week Vince was fine to play but he let Collins start and stink up the joint. It's very obvious to me which of the two is about winning and which of the two is an ego maniac who needs to be released.
