VY is now on IR for the rest of the season. Can Rusty led the Titans to the playoffs or will they be on the outside looking in come January?

After a 5-2 start I thought the Titans had a decent shot at making the playoffs, but with the three game losing streak and losing VY in more ways than one the Titans are looking at an 8-8 finish.

He's one of the most respected coaches in the league. If the Titans were crazy enough to let him go he'd have another head coaching job in a second. He held the team together through the transition from Houston to Nashville. He was like fourth in a poll among players on coaches they would like to play for.
