A good choice if he can get along with the head coach and work with him. Del Rio was a pretty good DC before he was a head coach and he is a 4-3 guy.
Honestly i didn't think he was a bad HC at Jacksonville.

I agree that he was a pretty good DC. I think he had worn out his welcome in Jacksonville.
