I am not happy about Ray Sherman fulfulling the Rooney rule. There are much better black candidates out there. Makes it look like there not even interested in hiring a black coach.

I really would like them to look outside the franchise for their next coach. They really need to get a young energenic coach to breath new life into this team. I like that Munchak said he would get rid of the country club atmosphere if he was coach.

As much as it pains me to say, this is not an attractive job right now in the league. There is so much uncertainty with front office, players and coaches that most real qualified candidates would shy away from this opening. This has turned into a rebuilding project, and most people don't want to sign up for that.
