The Titans lack leadership

  • Someone in the locker room needs to step up and put their best foot forward.

  • I agree but who would you recommend step up and take charge? There really isn't anyone on this team with enough clout to do that. The team captains are Locker, Hutchinson, Shaw, and McCarthy. Locker is hurt, Hutchinson just got here, Shaw...no. McCarthy could probably rally the guys but then he's a second year guy who has also been hurt most of the season. Look at our veterans: Hasselback is your backup QB, is he really the guy to call out the team. Griffin...hell no. Witherspoon? Nate? I just don't see anyone that can really step into that role.

This was really the time for a players' only meeting but everyone is waiting around for someone else to do it. Kind of like they are waiting for someone else to make a play.

  • As digusted as Cook has sounded he may be the guy to try and rally the troops. He's in a contract year and looking for a payday, him leading may help him get paid.

  • CHRIS JOHNSON is the highest paid player on this team. The self proclaimed fastest player in the N.F.L. and once ran for 2,000 yards. If he is looking for a SPARK or someone to be a leader, he needs a MIRROR!!! Maybe he is why we have zero leadership? He is cashing a leaders check without a doubt.
