Looks like Pacman's former agent Michael Huyghue was involved in the scheme. Current Titans rookie Colin McCarthy is among the University of Miami athletes named in the report.

Shocking part isn't the actions but that the evidence and confirmation.
Not what you know but what you can prove and Yahoo did that.

They really need to be considered a repeat offender. I hope the hammer drops, college football and basketball are completely out of hand. Someone needs to be the example. Its too bad, there isn't a way to punish players who take money.

Yep, Miami needs to be slammed and slammed HARD.
The fact that Miami's AD for most of that (Paul Dee) was the chairmen of the infractions council for the USC case and told USC that "high profile athletes demand high profile compliance" makes it even worse than what it is.
This is his response to the situation:
"We did all the things we thought were appropriate," Dee said. "But the things you can control are the things you have your hands on -- like grades, discipline on campus, financial aid. But when you get further out, when you get to a booster who has decided to do something inappropriate, you have less control, because they are out in the environment and we're not there."
