If Munch keeps his job,he is going to have to hire someone who can diagnose why Jake misses throws and ways to help Jake improve his accuracy.I assume that is why Tom Moore is here ,but who know what will happen after next week.Changing coaches and learning new offenses every 2 years doesn't help.Jake definately has to get better..

Jake is never going to be a Drew Brees. He is never going to have pin-point accuracy, but it's clear that he can have enough. And what lack of accuracy he has he can make it up with his feet.

My problem with this is that the team wasn't ready for him to learn most effectively. The front office didn't fix the interior line problems before the yr. CJ was never truly consistent all yr. The playcalling was suspect many times. This is a yr which they should've boosted the line, had CJ run consistently for 1,200 yds......Jake could've sat back, managed the game, soaked up the experience, etc. Instead he ran for his life, made some poor decisions, dislocated a shoulder, etc. He got plenty of bad experience this yr.....not good experience.
