In situations like these, when teams get denied access, is it usually because the coach has stated to his current team that he isn't interested? My point being, how would that go over with Callahan if it is a job he is interested in? Can he call the Titans on his own, or is that just a semantics issue--denied access means no contact period?

I hate Rex Ryan even more now. So is Tom Clements or Tom Moore next in line?

I would think a coach wouldn't be too happy if a team blocked his chance of advancing. Is this a case of Rex taking a shot at the Titans and trying to do what he can to keep us down?

Meh . . . I'm not a big Callahan fan, anyway. This doesn't bother me. If the Jets don't want the Titans to steal one if its top coaches, then that's their prerogative. And it's not as if Callahan hasn't had his shot. He's been the head coach of the Raiders and Nebraska; if he were such a great coach, then he'd still be the head coach somewhere.

Starting to hear some other names as well. I think Moore is a long shot for obvious reasons and that probably wont' happen. Hope to have something posted later tonight or in the morning on this front.
