I think they have been wanting to get rid of him for a little while. It's been well reported that he is very difficult to work for or with and is pretty much an ass to everyone. I never like the hire to start with. Whoever they get to replace him is going to take over a great team. They have a very good young squad that was decimated by injuries this year.
