Just a little experiment here. Other than Pacman Jones, who was a lightning rod for trouble, Vince Young is the most polarizing player the Titans have ever had. The fact that he is a quarterback and the third overall pick in the draft only makes the debate more energizing when it comes to Vince Young. I am still convinced that a thread of debate can spark in this forum, just by typing the letters "VY" into the thread title and letting everyone fill in the blanks after the word "is" in their posts.

I'll start it out.
VY is the most gifted pure athlete maybe to ever wear a Titans uniform, but his immaturity and work ethic canceled out most of his pure ability.

VY is not a bust by any means. 30-17 is not a busts career record. In comparison to JaMarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf, there is no comparison. VY is immature in some aspects, but so was Fisher, which is never discussed.

I knew it wouldn't take much to spark this topic. All I had to do was type the letters "VY" and the word is, and you guys did the rest! Other than Pacman, which is a whole other mess to deal with, I am amazed at how the simple mention of Young's name elicits such varied responses from everyone.
