What free agent move should the Titans make next?

  • I'm thinking they need to add someone at linebacker. What does everyone else think?

  • Wide receiver.

You got to have targets if you want to help develop Locker. Britt is probably going to be out of the league soon, and Washington and Gage are below average.

McRath, Curran, Ayers, McCarthy, Witherspoon, Allred - at least we've got a few bodies at linebacker (although I do agree we need an upgrade).

  • Allred is a free agent and his NFL career is likely over.

I actually think we're okay at wide receiver. Williams and Mariani are good options and this is the year for Jared Cook. I'm looking for a free agent difference maker at linebacker. Safety could be another spot where they look to add depth too. Former Packer Nick Barnett is an intriguing name that's available.

  • If the team is considering WRs, what about Braylon Edwards or Plaxico Burress. I think Plax could mentor Britt.

I wouldn't say Britt will be out of the league soon. First of all, he's immensely talented. Second of all, he hasn't really done anything that bad. He provided false information on a couple of drivers license applications (does anyone even know what the false information is?), he was suspected of smoking a "marijuana cigar," he got booked for reckless driving, and he also got a speeding ticket. I know this is not a good path for him to go down, but when you have guys like Leonard Little, Ray Lewis, and Pacman Jones hanging around the league, the stuff Kenny is involved with is peanuts in comparison.
