I'll give him an A for the Jerry Gray hire. I think he'll be great for the 'playmakers', like Griffin, Tulloch, Verner, etc.
As for Palmer, I'm not ready to judge that hire yet. I'm curious more than anything. So, for now, I'll give it a C+.
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with Munchak's hires. Rocker and Matthews appear to be great pickups.
